The Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) was founded in 1995 and has grown to represent over 1500 member companies, and expanded its scope. DATIA now represents the entire spectrum of drug and alcohol service providers including collection sites, laboratories, consortiums/TPAs, MROs, and testing equipment manufacturers.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) was established as a separate administration within the U.S. Department of Transportation on January 1, 2000, pursuant to the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999. Our primary mission is to reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities involving large trucks and buses. FMCSA is headquartered in Washington, DC. We employ more than 1,000 individuals, in all 50 States and the District of Columbia, dedicated to improving bus and truck safety and saving lives. 

The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (TCPA) is committed to serving the State of Texas by providing the highest quality goods, services and facilities at the most cost-effective price.

The TCPA is proud to serve a vast array of customers including state agencies, institutes of higher education, local governments, counties, vendors, tenants, and the general public.

Texas Association for Pupil Transportation

Texas Association of School Administrators

The TAPT promotes safe and efficient pupil transportation for Texas public school districts. The organization encourages exchange of ideas and cooperation between transportation departments across the Lone Star State. Its members work to improve pupil transportation policies, standards and equipment on the local, state and national level. 

The Correctional Management Institute of Texas serves as the secretariat for the Texas Probation Association (TPA), a relationship that has existed since 1994. Organized in 1974, the Texas Probation Association is the only professional organization in Texas that solely serves the interests of probation and community corrections practitioners.
